Wanderer Astro Flat Panel V4-EC

Haven't actually imaged with it yet as I just sent all my equipment to Starfront Observatories in Texas. In tests done at home before shipping the Flip Flat panel worked as advertised. Also purchased the Wanderer Rotator Mini V2 and it also worked as expected in testing. Thanks to Astro World for prompt shipping and excellent customer service and follow up.

The setup was pretty simple. There are tutorials online to help. The flat panel works seamlessly with the rest of my gear and I am ecstatic to longer have to worry about taking proper flats. I have the 80mm version on a zenith star 61ii. It fits perfectly and closes nice and tight. It can also tell if it's running into any obstacles and will stop itself. I was worried about the weight of the flat panel shifting the dew shield, but with how light the panel is, nothing has budged.

This product is not compatible with the ASI Air, so you will need to purchase a mini pc.

In order to get the panel running, you will need to update the firmware using a third-party software, xLoader. I ran into an issue here, so If you're struggling with this part, just delete and redownload xLoader.
