Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing products at AstroWorld Telescopes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases!  In order to be eligible for a refund, note the following:

  • Unopened items: You have 21 days to return unopened items. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way. We will supply you with a prepaid shipping label to attach to the item being returned.
  • Opened items: You have 14 days to return opened items *only* if they are not damaged and in the same condition in which you received them. All opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must have the original packaging, manuals, cables and/or accessories. We will supply you with a prepaid shipping labels to attach to the item(s) being returned - the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective items: You have 30 days to return defective items. All defective item(s) to be returned must have the original packaging, manuals, cables and/or accessories. We will supply you with prepaid shipping label(s) to attach to the item(s) being returned.

In any case, you must contact us prior to returning any item(s). If we approve your return, you will be issued an RMA number and prepaid shipping labels to attach to the returned item(s). Any item(s) returned to us without approval will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, subject to the deduction of shipping and restocking fees. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
