Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Outside the US? Email info@astroworldtelescopes.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. You choose the carrier and speed: USPS, UPS or FedEx, from ground to overnight. Select products ship free by UPS Ground and are marked "Free Shipping" on the product page.

When your order ships
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Special-order and backordered items usually ship within 7-15 business days, depending on the manufacturer. If we expect a longer wait, we will contact you before your order ships so you can decide whether to wait, switch, or cancel for a full refund.
Large telescopes and mounts may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.

Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Events and star parties
When we are set up at a star party or expo, orders keep coming in and ship when we return. We will post the return date on the site.

Damaged or missing items
Inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, keep the box and packing material and contact us within 7 days with photos. We will work with the carrier to make it right.
