Altair ColourPRO 2"

LRGB Filter Set R1

• Purpose-built for monochrome CMOS/CCD astrophotography: balanced LRGB passbands deliver vivid, accurate color with maximum signal efficiency

• Individually verified: each filter ships with its own spectrographic test report so you know exactly what’s in your optical train

• Bright data, tight stars: ultra-high peak transmission (~96.5–98.5%) paired with advanced UV/IR blocking minimizes star bloat—especially on refractors

• Cleaner stars, fewer halos: precision AR (anti-reflection) coatings and a black resin edge mask suppress internal reflections for pristine stellar profiles

• True parfocal workflow: all filters are parfocal at 1.85 mm thickness to speed up multi-channel imaging sessions

• Color that clicks: Red, Green, and Blue bands are carefully matched and nested within the Luminance window for pure tones and efficient color combination

• Built to pro standards: high-accuracy dichroic/dielectric coatings with deep off-band blocking, mounted in precision CNC cells for strain-free, tilt-free alignment

• Durable optics: premium glass with a 60/40 scratch-dig rating stands up to regular handling and filter wheel duty
