• Customized for Celestron SCT 8" f/10: Designed for most Celestron 8” (20 cm) f/10 SCTs made in 2005 and later, including SkyWatcher SCT and non-EdgeHD Fastar models with black Phillips factory collimation screws and metric threads. Not suitable for models made before 2005.
• Part Options - Part: C8metBO and C8metSS:
  • Telescope Compatibility: Fits Celestron 8" f/10 SCTs with metric threads, excluding telescopes with EdgeHD optics.
  • Knob Variants: Available in black oxide steel (black) or stainless steel (silver), each 12 mm (1/2”) in diameter for comfortable use.
  • Thread Material: Choose between black oxide or stainless steel threads for a durable and secure fit.
• Thread Type and Model Identification:
  • Metric Threads in Newer Models: Most post-2005 models with black Phillips screws require metric knobs, but some may have standard threads.
