Tailored for 3-Screw Models: These black plastic knobs are custom-made to fit Meade 8” f/10 SCT telescopes with three screws on the secondary housing, including models 2080, LX5, LX10, LX50, LX90, LX100, LX200, and others.
Optimal Diameter: Featuring a 13 mm (1/2”) diameter, these knobs offer comfortable handling and precise adjustments.
Dependable Threads: Crafted with black anodized aluminum alloy threads, these knobs ensure durability and reliable performance.
Dust Cover Compatibility: Note that the factory dust cover may come into contact with the knobs when installed. Bob's Knobs provides a set of spacers to create clearance or suggests pressing the center of the cover from the inside for additional space.
Model Variations: Some post-2004 Meade 8” telescopes have four or six screws on the secondary housing. For these variations, different knobs are required (Items B and C below). Do not use knobs for the 3-screw secondary on the 4-screw or 6-screw secondary as the screws on the 3-screw knobs are too short.
