Built for long exposures. Single-frame exposures run up to 300 seconds with built-in guiding, and 2x2 pixel binning produces roughly 12MP at 2.4 micron effective pixels for deep sky work, while native 1x1 readout keeps planetary imaging crisp.
Calibration that happens without you. Built-in flat, bias, and automatic dark frame calibration take one more manual step off your imaging checklist.
Narrowband imaging, right out of the box. The Standard Edition includes a built-in astronomy filter plus an Hα+O III dual-narrowband filter; the SHO Edition adds an S II+O III dual-narrowband filter for fully automated Hubble Palette processing.
