Description
Universally applicable variable polarizing filter with 1.25" filter thread. This variable polarizing filter allows continuous adjustment of image brightness. This is very helpful to strong contrast differences compensate individually to various observation objects. Especially with the Lunar and planetary observation but also in solar observing this prevents filter a blooming of the finest details.
Sun observation only in connection with a suitable sun protection filter!
Especially when using a Herschel wedge and with large lens openings, the variable polarization filter can reduce the brightness of the objects to be observed to a comfortable level. The wide control range of 40% to 1% light transmission and the neutral gray filter effect create a pleasant and unadulterated image.
Operation is very simple. By turning the two halves of the housing, the desired strength of the filter effect is set. Two-sided 1.25" filter thread (inside / outside) yet, the simultaneous use of other color filters.
