Built upon the reliable legacy of iOptron's GEM45 series, this next-gen German equatorial mount isn't just a beauty—it's a workhorse. Its eye-catching CNC-machined body is just the beginning.

Drawing upon the expertise we gained from our CEM line, we've trimmed down the fat, achieving a staggering 2.5-to-1 payload to mount weight ratio. This sleek, 17.5-pound mount can smoothly point to and track celestial objects while supporting up to 45 pounds of equipment. Its integrated iPolarTM electronic polar scope makes aligning to the celestial pole a breeze—even when Polaris is hiding. The quick-lock drive engagement levers are glove-friendly, and the advanced internal cable management minimizes any snagging risks. Plus, a 6-inch dual dovetail saddle supports both Losmandy and Vixen style plates.

This mount is power-efficient, thanks to our reliable stepper motor drive tech, and the newly designed LiteRoc 1.75" tripod provides rock-solid stability without the bulk. Add in a 212,000+ object database, GPS, optional Wi-Fi (via iStarFi adapter), and more, and you've got a mount that's ready for serious stargazing.
