Robotic Focusing Motor for Telephoto Lenses

SESTO SENSO 3 LS is PrimaLuceLab’s “finally, someone made this properly” solution for motorized focusing of telephoto photographic lenses (Canon, Nikon, and others). Instead of relying on wobbly belt add-ons, it introduces the Lens Gear Clamp (LGC): a backlash-free, gear-driven coupling that engages the lens focus ring directly for precise, repeatable focusing. And because it includes an integrated position encoder, you can still tweak focus manually without losing position—plus you can enable Automatic Position Recovery to pull focus back where it belongs if it gets bumped.

Add USB-C + WiFi, 2 million steps of resolution, compatibility with PLAY and ASCOM, and full integration features like ARCO port, DARK mode, and EAGLE GHOST mode, and you’ve got a lens-focused astro workflow that looks and behaves like a real imaging system—not a pile of accessories trying to cooperate.
